Sometimes an explanation changes the way you understand your past without changing who you are.

The design keeps the idea deliberately understated. Explained carries the stronger visual emphasis, with Define answering it more quietly. A small abstract line mark sits above the wording, keeping the emphasis on the meaning rather than turning the design into a loud awareness graphic.

It is a neurodivergent hoodie for people who prefer something reflective, specific and easy to live with rather than a slogan that tries to explain everything for them.

The message may resonate with neurodivergent adults, including people with ADHD, autism or AuDHD, and with people whose diagnosis or later self-understanding helped earlier experiences finally make sense.

The point is not that a diagnosis changes who you are.

Sometimes it simply explains things that were already there.
